Chicken Biryani Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Ø Chicken ---- apart from a kg
Ø Rice ---- One kilo
Ø Ginger crushed garlic ---- 2
tablespoons
Ø Salt ---- to style
Ø Onion (finely chopped) ---- 3
medium slices
Ø Tomatoes (finely chopped) -----
six medium
Ø Yogurt (sprinkled) ----- a cup
Ø White cumin ---- a teaspoon
Ø Crushed turmeric ---- a teaspoon
Ø Crushed red pepper ---- 2
tablespoons
Ø Crushed coriander ---- a tablespoon
Ø Crushed hot spices ---- a
tablespoon
Ø Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
---- Six to eight items
Ø Green coriander (finely chopped)
---- 0.5 a lump
Ø Mint (finely chopped) ---- 0.5 a
lump
Ø Proven hot spices ----- 2
tablespoons
Ø Yellow color ---- a click
Ø Milk ---- a cup
Ø Kyora Essence ----- a number of
drops
Ø Cooking oil ---- a cup
Method
Heat the vegetable oil in a very pan over medium heat
for 3 to 5 minutes and add the new spices. once it starts to crackle, add the
onion and fry until golden.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and cumin and stir for 2
to a few minutes and so add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes area unit
unfrozen.
once the tomatoes area unit well unfrozen and are
available into a paste, add the salt, salt, red pepper, crushed coriander, crushed
hot spices, inexperienced chillies, inexperienced coriander and mint, then add
the dairy product and blend well. Cook over high heat for twelve to fifteen
minutes.
Boil the rice with a bit hot spices for one minute
(three to four minutes before full boiling) and strain the water through a
sieve
unfold the chicken in a very massive pan and canopy it
with a layer of rice. combine the food and bitter essence within the milk and
sprinkle on the rice.
cowl the pan and cook on low heat for fifteen to twenty
minutes.
