Royal Haleem Khas
INGREDIENTS
One kg of meat (boneless)
One pound of onion
Coriander (crushed) a teaspoon
One pound of wheat
One pound of dkl mash
One gram of lentils
One pound of oil
Garlic Ginger (paste) 3 teaspoons
Three teaspoons of salt
One foot of lentils
Three teaspoons of seasoning
A teaspoon of cumin powder
A teaspoon of coriander powder
One pound of lentils
Boil the wheat and every one the
pulses one by one and chop well. currently fry onion in clarified butter. put
aside 0.5 the cooked onions. Add garlic and every one spices to the remaining
onion, add meat and fry. currently add water and cook the meat until it melts.
Then add all the spices and wheat. Stir well till all the ingredients close.
Add hot spices, remaining spices, onion, lemon, ginger and inexperienced
chillies and serve.
